An After Hours Emergency Service is offered to all of our clients whilst the office is closed.  This service is managed by a Licensed Strata Manager, meaning that they have the knowledge to determine what is common property and what is an owners responsibility and therefore make a decision on what action is required.

Below are some tips to follow in the case of an emergency after hours.

• What should I do if I have no gas, hot water and / or electricity in my unit? 
  You should check with your neighbour/s to see if they are experiencing the same problem as it may be isolated to your unit, in which case you should arrange a contractor directly.  If the issue is affecting multiple units and / or the common areas, you should contact our After Hours Emergency Service for further information and / or action.
   

• I have water leaking through my ceiling / wall from another unit, what should I do?
  You should speak with / knock on your neighbour's door to ascertain what the problem is, as it may be an overflowing washing machine or bath, which can be dealt with immediately without emergency contractors being called.  If you cannot locate the problem or contact your neighbours, you should contact our After Hours Emergency Service for assistance.  
   

• The lift has broken down, who should I call?
  You should immediately call the Emergency After Hours Service.
   

• My window smashed during a wild storm, what should I do?
  You should immediately call the Emergency After Hours Service.
